Feedback on draft EGM resolutions

Thank you to those who responded to our request for feedback on our proposed changes to our constitution. The feedback period closed yesterday and we will shortly be presenting the final resolutions to our members in advance of the EGM on 24 February 2010.

EGM voting rights

In advance of the EGM we are holding on 24 February 2010, the register of members was closed and the voting rights calculated on 21 January under the voting rights policy.

The new voting rights are available to download as a pdf file. They have been audited by Popularis Ltd, our elections scrutineer.
