On 20 January our software release caused a delay to the renewal of some domain names that were set to automatically renew. As a result some customers may have received an email from us stating that their domain name had passed its expiry date and was due for renewal. In these cases the domain name has now been renewed.
If you are concerned about your domain name please check its status on our WHOIS service (this can be found on our
home page). If your domain name has recently been renewed its status will be shown as 'Renewal request being processed'. If your domain name status is shown as 'Renewal required' you should contact your registrar to check your domain name and make a renewal if required.
We would like to apologise for any confusion the renewal delay and email warning has caused.
